  • Trip Fee - ServiceMAN keeps the Service Fee/ Trip charge, the Contractor keeps 100% of repairs charge.

  • 100% Repairs Charge - Contractor keeps 100% of the repair charges from customer.

How it Works

  1. Customer Repair Request
    Customers contact ServiceMAN for plumbing or HVAC service.

    • ServiceMAN charges customer Service/ Trip Fee.

  2. Contractor Gets Job Request
    Contractor receives job request by text message and decides to Accept or Decline the job.

    • If the job request is accepted, Contractor visits customer's location, diagnose the issue and give customer a repair quote.

  3. Customer Accepts Quote
    If customer Accepts the repair quote, the Contractor fixes the repairs and charges customer for the work. Contractor keeps 100% of payment.

  4. Close Repair Ticket
    After the completion of work, the Contractor closes out the Repair Request as completed. Contractor is ready for the next job.

Program Requirements & Rules

To be eligible and remain eligible in the Contractor Referral Program a Contractor must follow Terms of Service and mainly the following rules:

  1. NO Service Fee Charge. The Contractor MAY NOT charge customer a Service Fee, Consultation Fee, Trip Fee or any other type of fee to give a repair quote. Only ServiceMAN may charge this fee.

  2. Accepting Repair Request. Contractor must be able to visit the customer's location the same day they accept the repair request. Contractor MAY NOT accept a repair request and set home visit for another day.

  3. Send ETA. After accepting a repair request, Contractor MUST contact customer within 15 minutes to inform them of ETA- Estimate Time of Arrival.

  4. Cancellations. After accepting a repair request, if Contractor cancels the home visit, they must reply back to ServiceMAN immediately. Excessive cancellations or no shows will result in immediate removal from the program.

  5. Professionalism. Customers are given an evaluation request on each Contractor and repair request. Contractor should be mindful of the following:

    1. Be courteous and friendly at all times, even if the customer doesn't accept your repair quote.

    2. Never speak negatively about ServiceMAN, keep it professional. Remember, we are giving you free leads.

    3. Never instruct customer to contact you for new jobs. All jobs must go through ServiceMAN.

Who Can Join?

  • Plumbers and HVAC contractors with a current license.

  • General liability insurance

  • 3+ years' experience in field

  • Commitment to accept a minimum of (1) job a month.
